Investing in the beauty industry's future starts with people.
The beauty industry is generous in sharing opportunities to learn. We hope those opportunities reach the talent who will lead the industry tomorrow.
For sponsors, it is an investment in growing the industry; for learners, an investment in their own potential. Above all, the most lasting asset is the knowledge and skill you gain.
With a professional curriculum proven in the field, CosmoBiz will help turn that investment into real ability.
I invest in my own education, and businesses invest in their employees
Individuals
They say many jobs will disappear in the age of AI. But the specialized skills of the beauty field are clearly hard for AI or robots to replace. Invest in yourself for your future.
CoursesBusinesses
The secret behind the big sales of famous cosmetics chains is likely skilled employees and commission systems. The strength of a physical store is service that delivers skill. Invest in employee training.
Business TrainingManufacturers · next stage
If you want stores to champion your products, investing in store employee training makes sense. Try supporting part of each store's employee training costs, tied to sales growth.
How tuition is prepared together
Personal payment → business sponsorship → manufacturer co-sponsorship
Combine one or several methods as needed. First choose the course you want, then discuss possible sponsorship with your employer. Businesses can discuss joint support with the manufacturers they work with.
For safety training, the business pays $50 per employee. Sponsorship shares for vocational courses are agreed between the parties; scholarships and government aid will be announced separately only when a confirmed program exists.
